When and how can you tell the sex of silver laced wyandottes and polish chickens

I am going to be purchasing some silver laced wyandottes and polish chickens

I believe they are 3 weeks old,i am not allowed to have roosters in my city so i was wondering when you can tell what sex they are and how you can tell (like wing sexing)??

if they have thick legs, a reddish comb, or its kindof big, pointy feathers on the sattle but you cant tell at 3 weeks old.

If they're only 3 weeks old all you can do is avoid buying any with bigger, redder combs and check for wattles coming in. My boys have bigger combs at this age and start getting the saggy skin under their beaks where the wattles form.
