When are WH's full grown??

Hello!
I have two, five-week old, welsh ducklings. I am looking at purchasing adult diaper harnesses for them and was wondering when they are considered full grown (as in size, not feathering). Any ideas?

If it helps, they are already (probably) about 3 pounds.

My Runners were about 95% adult size at 4 months. They filled out a bit over the next year or so.

Yours are a larger breed, so I would guess 5 to 7 months they should hit nearly adult size, of, what, 6 or 7 pounds?

I have read they can be 5.5-8 pounds.
Any idea if a diaper I buy in December will fit later on?

That's a question for the one making the outfit. If elastic or adjustable straps are involved, it seems to me it should be okay.
