When can ducklings go outside?

I have two 9 week old ducklings that are making a mess of my bathtub. I have had enough! Can they go outside? It's been cold lately. It has been down to 35 during the day and probably 30 at night. I have chickens they can cuddle with. Will they be ok without a heat lamp? They were outside with only a heating pad when I got them from someone at 7 weeks. I put them outside for a little bit when I got them and they chirped and chirped. Not sure if they were cold or scared, so I brought them back in.

Get them out. They can go out much earlier than chickens. They won't need heat.
It's best to get them out much earlier with a heat source so they can get acclimated but they should be fine now.
They may be in shock for a day or two because they've been kept so warm but they're ready.
