When can Guinea keets move tonthe coop?

I am seeing conflicting information on this. Some say 3 weeks and some say 8 weeks. I have 9 in a brooder inside and they are 2 weeks old starting to get feathers but at the rate they are growing I am not sure how much longer they will fit in brooder. Do I get 2 brooders and split them up or can I move them in enclosed coop outside if they get their feathers in by 3 or 4 weeks?

Once they feather out with their first set of feathers it will be fine. 3-4 weeks.
