When can I allow my peachick outside?

I just have one peachick and one guinea chick. I have them both together in a cage on my front porch and I am wondering if it would be alright to put them outside in a small fence....it's 5' long so it makes just a small enclosure....and allow them to be on the ground so they can get grass and all that.
Not sure when you are to allow a peachick on the ground, but the guinea I have had inside one of these outside.
Could anyone tell me just when this would be okay?
My peachick is 24 days old and about 3X the size when he was born!
