When can I clean my new born rabbits cage?

We had baby rabbits about 2 and half weeks ago. The young ones have now started to venture out of their nest so would it be O.K. for me to give the hutch a good clean and new bedding. Up to now I've been reluctant to do much cleaning because of the young ones but the hutch really needs a good clean.

Cleaning their hutch is usually fine but I normally don't do anything with the nest boxes (changing the bedding in there) untill they are ready to be weaned.
