When can I expect eggs from all of my hens?

My hens were born on or around March 18th or 19th I got them from TSC on March 23rd the employee said they were about a week old so they are turning 18 weeks old Sunday July 23rd 2017 so far I've gotten two very small eggs from of my Leghorn hens and they were on Wednesday and Thursday of this past week and nothing since and nothing from any other hen

I sure hope so! My leghorn laid 1 on Wednesday, and another one on Thursday, but nothing since and nothing at all from the others

*Update* i had one of the brown layers (blk sex links) get in a nesting box today and check it out she was in there for a while she got out I went to check it and there was a smashed egg and the nesting box I'm not sure if she smashed it or if it broke coming out but it was smashed and there was egg white and egg yolk around it not a whole lot so I'm wondering if maybe she busted the egg and ate it but I'm definitely going to have to keep an eye on those nesting boxes to make sure that it doesn't continue I understand that sometimes that's common for them to do that when they first start laying but I also walked around the outside of the coop because I let them free range a big majority of the day and I found one inside of a very small chicken tractor that I have and then I also got another white egg today so they're starting to lay now thank goodness this morning I was feeling really discouraged because I hadn't gotten any more eggs since Thursday

Yes, perfectly normal, especially if their eggs are soft shelled, I get that from pullets a lot when they become newbies to egg-laying. Also, if you ever have problems with your hens laying eggs check out my article.

Funny thing, I went out after posting this, and found a hen in a nesting box, she gave me a 3rd white egg (I am thinking its from the same one that laid 2xs last week, then I went out about a hour later and found a black sex link in the same box, I waited and waited finally she came out, and she had smashed the egg and ate some of it! I was re-arranging around the outside of the coop and found a egg inside of the chicken tractor! so I have gotten 5 eggs since Wednesday! =) I think they are off to a good start lol
