When can I expect molting season?

My boys are coming up for almost a year old soon and they molted maybe 2-3 months after they were born; Since then, Norbie has singed his tail feathers on the fire (ooopsie) and has been walking around like an ugly duckling - I expected that he might re-grow them on his next molting but i'm not sure when that would be?

My chickens usually molt in the winter usually through December through February.

I've already noticed them getting slightly less agressive when i pick up their water bucket recently.
