when can i give my chicks treats?

My chicks are 3 - 4 weeks old and i want to know when i can start giving them treats? and what could i give them as treats?

I have the same question. I know when they are on chick feed that is all they need, but they can have mashed hard boiled egg or mashed banana or yogurt. I think anything else they need to have some grit too. They don't have teeth, so anything that is not really soft they can't have yet. Does age matter, anyone?
