When Can I Let Chicks Outside?

I just spent the last half hour building a big ole brooder box out on the deck, so my 2 weekers can play outside. It's b/n 85 and 90 degrees out there. I have a group of 1 weekers who'll be 2 weeks on Tuesday. Can I let them play out there too?

    Thanks, Sonja

Sure, just keep an eye that they are not getting over heated if in direct sun and you may want to have water out there.

If it is not covered you may need to stay close by as they may not know what to do yet and you will have to watch for hawks, etc. If covered let them have fun.
