I have three emus. One is almost 4 weeks old and the other two are 3 weeks old. They are in a large rubber pen in the house. I am planning to section off a large area for them in my coop and move them there. My question is "How old should they be?"
I ask this because winter is hanging around longer than usual. I am in Southeast Texas and the night are not really cold, but temp are dropping to 45-50 degrees. Is that too cold?
The wife (Mamaw) is not complaining, because I am trying to keep their pen clean, but it is getting hard to keep clean.
