When can I return my chick to coop after Coccidosis?

I had a sick 5 week old buff orpington who has thankfully turned the corner and perked up today. She back eating and isn’t all “puffed up” and listless like she was yesterday. I treated with CORID and separated her so I could observe her (on meds for 24 hours). I have begun treatment for the rest of the flock as it is recommended. But how long should I wait to return her to the flock? I think she is lonely. Thx.

She can be returned now. No need to separate chicks with cocci. She can finish treatment with the others.
