Maybe this is the wrong section of the forums, so sorry in advance. How old does a roo need to be before he can fertilize?
When can Roo's actually fertilize an egg?

usually around 5 months or more. Some can probally do it sooner but I would not let one fertilize til at least 6 months or more for chicks.
