If you do move them outside you house, please do be watchful of the temperatures.
5 week old chcks are just barely on the edge of tolerating the cold.
Even with a heat lamp, it gets cold outside.
Do you have an enclose area outside like a garage or even a little shed ?
I have my babies that are over 5 weeks in the "nursery". They occupy a 10x8 space in a portable building. I have two heat lamps and a quartz heater. The inside temp keeps about 50-55 at night. It is temperature controled.
Really 50 F is darn close to intolerable. I have about 15 on each side and they do huddle. I will never hatch after september ever again. sometimes you can not help a live chick to hatch, but I will not purposely do it again.
You need ventilation, but you do not need a breeze.
