When can u start to tell?

When can you start to tell gender I’ve never hatched my own I just went to the feed store and got hens and a rooster lol my young hen hen hatched them. Here’s baby pics they are 4 weeks old

I was thinking the same my rooster picks ath the black one and one of the yellow ones
 
I agree with others, the black chick is definitely a cockerel. The others look like pullets from what I can tell, but try posting updated photos in 2-3 weeks and it should be more obvious. The brown and white chick (white feathers towards the back, mostly in the tail + wings) looks like a red sex-link. If so, she is definitely a she since male and female chicks have different feather colors at hatch. Sometimes hatcheries will call them Golden comets, red stars, and other names too.

The 2 red chicks come from a gold star is what they called them. Dad is gamefoul of some sort I believe. The black is black copper maran moms same dad and a speckled Sussex mom with same dad
