when can you tell breed?

i noticed this morning that one of the "white" chicks might not actually be white. any thoughts?

i do think that the picture shows the wing feathers a little lighter than they actually are, but it is what i could get.

the little maybe-not-white chick's wings are getting a little darker, though still not solidly, and i have no idea what color that might end up as. any ideas?

here are some newer photos. i have tried to refer them back to the originals, and i don't have pics of all the chicks.

they have gotten so much bigger, it is fun seeing how they change day to day.

at this point, one of the three that look like the one in photo #3 is a lot smaller than the others. it is growing, just slower. it seems strong (they have all started trying to fly out of the brooder) and is eating like the rest, just is smaller. it is the smaller than even the Polish. the next smallest is actually the whitish one with grey on it's wings. at this point i'm assuming breed related sizing, as they all look and act healthy.

new photos of each chick. the photos were taken today and the chicks will be 3 weeks old tomorrow. can anyone add/correct any of the info i have so far?

EE. most aggressive so far. pecked at my hand when i was trying to catch them.

i'm not sure why (or if for everyone) two of the photos are saying no image available. if you click on them they come up. or at least they do for me.

What a bunch of cuties!

I wonder if the two runt chicks you have are Silver Leghorns? Not sure if Murray Mcmurray carries them or not. They could be Brown Leghorns but they have such a light cast to the tan it makes me think silver. Maybe its just the photos. The second one down chipmunk makes me think Welsummer. You should be able to tell better when their earlobes start coloring out. Leghorn=white, Welsummer=red.

It must be lots of fun wrangling all those chicks and watching them grow!

the second one, the runt and the one below the Polish are all very similar color, and looked the same when they were smaller. they are all cute, and i don't really care what they are, but i need to know!!! it is fun watching them develop though. i'm just insatiably curious and not very patient.
