It depends on the day if u see blood vessels, the chick moving around a little bit and the air sac becoming larger than everything is fine, even if u don't see the chick moving its totally fine, what matters is that the veins are very visible, if the chick died the veins start disappearing, it will look abnormal you will notice a large black spot and it will float while u move the egg.
