When could chicks go outside in a chicken tractor???

When could chicks go out in a chicken tractor?? They are about 1 week to 2 1/2 weeks old.

I always wait until they are pretty much completely feathered out, but still have some fuzz on their head. You might want to keep a heat light out there if it gets a little chilly for them at night. Another thing that determines when they go outside is their weight. When they are about 3 pounds they are definately ready. (Well, that is if they are standard size)

I'd say when they are about 5 or six weeks old they should be fine

Mine are all outside, my Seramas just turned 3 1/2 weeks old and then my older chickies are anywhere from 4-1 1/2 months old. They're all doing fine.
