When did you get your first eggs

I have 3 White Wyandottes, almost 26 weeks old...Francine laid at nearly 23 weeks, skipped a few days and has laid every day since. Petunia laid at 25 weeks, and every day thereafter. For the past 10 day, Ruggy goes into the nest box for a half hour or so, but nothing..maybe today will be the day

5 days ago we got our first eggs 2! since then we have been getting 2 eggs a day. Mine are RIR about 23 weeks old. We have 8 so not sure if the same ones are laying or different ones each day. I know most are squatting, so soon they all will be.

In my older of my two age cohort "flocks," I had a Dominique pullet who ironically was the runt of the "litter" start laying on the cusp of 16/17 weeks (she's noticeably smaller than the others, but not overly so). She has been laying almost every day since. The other Dominiques and Orpingtons are now 21 weeks and no one else has contributed yet. The heat here is oppressive, so I really don't blame them. I get so excited coming home from work and wondering how many eggs will be waiting (she missed a day here and there, and then doubled up the next day).... plus, come ON already, the rest of you freeloaders!

My other "flock" (Golden Campines) is only 11 weeks, so no expectations for a long while.

3 years ago I got my first eggs while I was on vacation! Lol I didn't even get to experience that thrill let alone the eggs

I'm not sure which of my girls laid the first ones but they were all 27 weeks. The breeds were BO's, BSL's and RIR's
