When did YOUR chickens start laying?

Two 24 week old pullets (EE and a Production Red) and two 16 week old PR, and none have started laying! Hopefully, things will change soon!

I love that your hen is concentrating on this. I need a little more concentrating from my girls.

It happened! Barred Rock. 20wks. A perfect little first egg.

My Splash Marans hen is 37 weeks and still not laying! Is this normal for Marans? Could she be infertile?

2 Red Stars (sex link)--16 weeks
They and all my other hens (B.O., RIR, BR,) are now 17 weeks old and none of the others are laying yet. The Red Stars are laying daily now, although the eggs are relatively small.

These were my first eggs.
