When did ypur silkies start laying?

I have two silkies approaching 30 weeks old. They both look and act like hens, but no eggs. My other birds all started laying at 21-25 weeks. How late do these living lawn ornaments start laying?

2 started around 7 months, and one took 11 months to lay.

I have had some start as early as 5 months, but just like humans some mature early and others take a bit longer. Make sure they have 14 hours of light and oyster shells and the very necessary extra protein and they should all start laying soon......until they decide to go broody
