When do Araucanas start laying ?

They may not squat. My dominant BR squats for me but the non-dominant one never has.
My 3 pullets have started becoming more "trusting" and approachable as their combs have colored up, but still don't squat even though at least one is laying..

She is among a flock of rhode island reds and RIR grow realllyyy fast and big ,compared to them my Araucana looks small

This is my first time raising this breed and i dont know how big they tend to grow so im not sure if she reached adulthood yet
( i think size of pullet is also a sign of when it might start laying )

I have a 5 months old purebred araucana pullet ....i want to know When will she start laying eggs ?

I have 3 and when she turned 6 months old she was the first layer and is still giving us eggs they are starting molting and one has stopped but the others are still giving
