It has been about 6 hours after the hatch,I have tried to feed them but they won't eat. and I tapped the food with my finger (so they would think it was pecking and maybe eat it) so,when should they eat???

What are you trying to feed them? You can feed them chick starter with a little water mixed in to soften it up. If they are not eating I would boil an egg and smash it up really well, or just feed them the egg yolk. When I hatch out chickens, hard boiled eggs are always their 1st meal. You can mix it in with a little of their food.
