When do Bantams Lay?

When can I expect my bantam cochins and silkies to lay? They are close to 4 months now.

between 5 1/2 and 6 1/2 months....sorry

They lay very sporadically, at least mine do, they started around 25 weeks. I think my silkie has laid a total of about 10 eggs in a year

well that's when all of my chickens began to lay...I don't have any silkies though. I have bantam D'Uccles and full size Salmon Faverolles,Partridge Cochins,& Ameraucanas.
