When do bantams start to lay? Also, is this a bantam?

So. . . I went out to feed after work today and found a cute tiny brown bantam egg!

I didn't think the three little bantams I have were old enough. I believe they are about 3 months old, from my own judgement, as they were still peeping when I received them. Now, my mom picked up two little hens that were supposed to be two of our polish eggs when they left, and a bantam rooster. One got out and a stray cat (which should no longer be a problem) got her. The other we still have. My concern is, I don't think she's a polish. . If she is, then there must be bantam mixed in. The bantam rooster is already mounting her and she gives him no issues. I'm posting a couple pics of them. The little hen in question is the dark brown with the white chest standing closest to the roo. I have a hard time catching her, so to keep stress down I took pics from a distance.

By chance, anyone know what kind of bantam he is? Lol

I'm really more interested in trying to figure out if the bantams are old enough to lay or if that egg is hers. Idk what to think. Kinda scratching my head about it.

Got a better picture of her. Here we go. She keep turning away from me lol and got the other bantams too to be easier to see with a closer picture then the first I posted.

The pictures are hard to see but I am pretty sure she is definitely a bantam. I believe bantams start egg production a lot earlier than most breeds. My Australorp started at 4.5 months.

Hmm makes me wonder if we ended up with one of the broody's chicks instead of our own that we sent lol the one the stray cat got (which my nephew took care of. Been having problems with that cat for years, but he finally got complacent and got comfortable by the chicken pen one day. Last I saw him, he was running to the field next door chased by birdshot.) Anyway, continuing my sentence, the one the stray cat got was definitely one of the polish chicks. Maybe this one was fathered by my current Bantam roo. .:idunno
