When do Bobwhites start to lay?

I have Bobwhites that hatched in mid-June..anyone know when I can expect some eggs from them? I've been waiting for what seems forever..

They take 5-6 months to get to laying age so as soon as they get enough light they should start laying for you.

I came here to ask that very question. Mine hatched last July. Haven't seen any indication of egg laying yet. Guess I need to be patient.
