When do chicks develop into roosters?

OK here are some pic's of a few of my frizzles and a mille
any ideas of what they are in regards to male or female?

I love the white one but they're all gorgeous! My husband said, "Oh my! Those are gorgeous!"

I think the mille's will be much prettier when they get older. I ordered from Ideal if you are wanting some for yourself. We are hoping that some of them will be good enough to show at fair.
And if you lived closer I would give you a roo or too, not sure what to do with them, don't really want to eat them.
