When do ducks start to lay?

Hi!
I have a female Cayuga duck that is 23 weeks of age. She hasn't started laying yet. was just wondering, when is the average that a duck will start laying?

Uaually 28 weeks. At least thats when mine started laying.

About half of my little girls started this week, at 19 weeks. With the weather cooling and days getting shorter they might just not lay this season. Although at 23 weeks it would be alright to start a lighting program if you wanted.
