When do Easter Eggers start laying?

I have a gold laced Wyandotte (Goldie) and I've been trying to figure out which eggs are hers. I'm 90% sure she's laying and your egg is similar to what I've found in my nest box but I wasn't sure who was laying it. Perhaps the mystery is solved.

I used to be able to tell who layed which egg. But, now that winter is here and a couple stopped laying and couple started laying I'm having a heck of a time determining who layed what between my Brahma mix, my gold laced Wyandotte, and my two red sex links. The EE and my Australorp are so distinctive that there is no mistaking them. My two Legurns lay white eggs and when they both lay, which they did everyday all summer, I could tell who layed which egg by the size of the egg. But now that they are laying sporadically it's hard to tell. I guess it really doesn't make any difference, I just like to keep track. Today I got 5 eggs from 8 hens so I'm not complaining. I mean, it's the dead of fake winter and they are laying.

OMG, my EE is almost 11mo old and still no eggs!!!!!! ARGH!!

My patience is growing thin with her, after all this time she better do some really pretty eggs or she's a goner. My birds are not pets and I'm not going to keep feeding a slacker like her is she don't start to do something pretty soon.

She's probably caught up in the winter doldrums, but man is she killing me.

Mine was hatched the end of March or first of April and layed her first egg on January 15th. But she's a good layer now. She's given me 14 eggs in the 19 days since she began and her eggs are extra large. She may do better than that when the days get longer.

I said earlier that my EE layed two days in a row and then took off a day. Well, that has changed. She has now layed six days in a row. Today she layed when it was nearly dark. I thought that was unusual.

I haven't had chickens for more than a few years but the EE I have are the MOST finicky when it comes to egg laying. I got them from a friend down the road and they were already laying eggs, so he said. Which they did lay the first day but after that it was like 3 months before they finally started laying again. It seems that now, any disruption in their routine, and they'll stop laying for days. Their lucky I like their colored eggs cause to me they are lazy free loaders. Lol!!
