When do Easter Eggers start laying?

My oldest is an EE and she is 20-22 weeks old (the breeder didn't give me an exact birthdate, just said she is between 8-10 weeks old.) so it will be exciting waiting to see that first egg! I have a half dozen EE's that are about 2 months old as well.

I have an EE that is about 6 months old, she’s been hanging out in the nesting boxes and we’ve been getting some small and very light brown eggs. Do you think it could be from my EE or a Wyandotte that’s the same age

I have one that I think is going to be an EE, maybe an Olive Egger, but by my guesstimate she should only be about 12 weeks old and her comb is getting SUPER red already and I feel like its really early. Especially because she's my youngest and my other EE/OE still has a pink comb but is a few weeks older. The picture attached is them about 3 weeks ago. The white one has a very red comb now, but is a few weeks younger then the black. I know that a red comb is a sign that she is getting close to laying I just feel like she's young. I have tried to get close her to see if she's squatting but these two don't like me lol
