Which 2 cockerels or 1 should i keep? What should i expect when i keep said Cockerel? (I really like the australorp mix if im gonna be honest)

The one that makes it through puberty without getting culled for behavioral issues would be the one that makes it for me. That is too much of a personal choice question for you to answer. If they both make it and you like them both keep them both if they aren't causing you any problems.
