When do i feed chicks grower?

I switch my chicks from start to grower at 6 weeks and carry on until 17 weeks usually.

I switch my chicks to grower after they have reach about four weeks old. Then I go to grower/finisher until about 16 weeks and move them to layer. I have never had a problem doing this and I have had chickens for about 25 years.
