when do my Booted Bantam chicks start laying eggs

I have 4 hens born sep 16, 2015 when do they start laying eggs. Can I start them on finishing developing pullet rations now 11/22/2015?

I'm still waiting on my d'uccle from this year, she's 5 1/2 months, I'm trying to remember, I believe they start around 6-7 months old. I'm not familiar with the ration you mentioned, I keep mine on a grower or an all flock, if I switch over to a layer, I would do it after they begin laying.
