When do Red sex-links start laying

I have some red sex link hens that are about 2-1/2 yrs old. They have really slowed down in laying. How long do they normally lay eggs?

A pullet or hen will squat down, spread her wings a bit, and may stamp her feet. She's indicating that she's ready for the amorous attention of a roo.

They are physically capable of producing eggs for their entire lifetime, provided they are healthy. However, the rate at which those eggs are produced will decrease each year. Their peak production is from 6 months to 2 years of age.

Mine are 23 weeks and still no eggs. I feed them 16% crumble mixed with 22% pellets and cracked corn twice a day. I talk to them everyday and try to bribe them with lots of clover still no eggs.
update: I finally got my first egg, 24 weeks.

Mine, the earliest was 20 weeks was a true free ranger who eventually got lost. By that I mean she leaves the area to go pretty far as early as they woke up and gets home before dark but stopped when I found out she laid in a neighbor's property and then for some reason neighbor said never saw her around anymore. But I used to have 50+ hens (lost around 7 hens now), and for the hens who chose to stay in the flock, they started laying at 25 weeks. And I still have many hens who still hasn't laid and they're now 7 months old. I give them treats a lot. Pet them daily and they have plenty of space and food available. I don't give them artificial light though. But I'm guessing other than the length of daylight, it could all be just bad genetics? All these textbook telling people they lay 15-20 weeks don't always happen. Plus, I try not to feed them the expensive commercial feed laiden with chemicals. I have no choice but to wait when the rest of the hens will start laying.
