When do Rouen lay?

Robins the first Rouen then the drakes Beasley and waddles
Then the Rouen with angel wing Syrup
 
Well I was wondering but the article I read said they lay year round without even needing light

Nothing lays year round. Some have longer laying cycles than others, but all birds take a break. Had your ducks started laying prior to the shortening day length, they might have laid through the winter. They may wait until the lengthening days of spring to start laying.
 
Wait till she has her big molt and wing feathers fall out, then once they start growing back in wrap. It may fix it or make it better. Another member did this an it helped a lot.
