I have 8 beautiful baby partridge silkies in my brooder. They are the cutest little chipmunks. I was wondering, when do they begin to look different? Right now they look like my other chicks did at a week (although soooooo small) They have some feathers on their wings. I can't wait till they get fuzzier. Anyone with pics of silkies at 3 or 4 weeks?
Thanks!

My Silkie is my most smallest big also... And sometimes I wonder if she's a Silkie... but she has black skin so I know she is.. I think and I hope not she's the low man on the pole~

If she is with hens only she will probably do fine...but if there is a standard roo in the pen she will have to hide forever or be continually raped. I made that mistake last year...

I have 2 white silkie chicks that are 3 weeks old. Here they are at around 2 1/2 weeks. One has black specks all over so I question whether it's going to be white or not...

After seeing those white silkies, my 2 (above) don't look like that at all!! I wonder what they are??? I know they are silkies b/c the skin is black. Anyone have any idea? There is a Buff in that picture too, so just ignore her!
