When Do They Stop Growing?

Well I was wondering if anyone can tell me when Buff Orpingtons and Silver Lace Wyandottes are considered mature? Or at what age can you expect no more growth?

Do the roosters and hens have different growth rates?

Dunno. I stoped noticing growth around 6-7 months, but then suddenly they were bigger than I remembered
