When do your Welsummers start laying?

My Welsummers turned 20 weeks on July 25th. I have 5 hens.....only get 1 egg every couple days. What is the age range they start laying?

I think 22 to 24 weeks is the norm. I have different breeds of chickens and they are all 23 weeks old now and there is only one that hasnt laid yet, so anytime now you should get more eggs.

I had one start at 18 weeks and the other 2 joined her about 2 weeks later. They haven't been steady yet. They are 24 weeks now. I get 8-10 eggs per week from three hens. I hope they will be more consistant as they age.
