When Does a Ameraucana Cockerel Reach Sexual Maturity?

I have a blue splash ameraucana cockerel that is almost 15 weeks old (hasn't crowed). I plan on breeding him with some of my hens but I want to know when will he be sexually mature. I know that ameraucanas mature slowly so I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with ameraucana cockerels.
