It will be a race! lol.. between the Wyondott and the Orpington! My Wyondott was the first broody I ever had. I was also told..get a bator just in case. Good thing I did! That silly girl actually..litterely, flew the coop when she heard peeping. Brought them in, and that was all she wrote for me when it came to becoming a hatch a holic.I Have 2 Orpingtons, 2 Wyandotte, 2 Barred Rocks, and a Leghorn. It'll be interesting, as you say, to see which one will start theyre broodiness.
. Believe it or not, I had a leghorn..pure..go broody. She was the best mom!
