When does red sex links start laying?

I know it depends on the bird, but I was wondering from previous experince with these breeds, I hatched them this year, they are just at 16 weeks & 2 days old. I have 2 red sex links, and 1 buff orp roo, hes the same age!! Thanks!!

I think that my friend's Red Sex-Link started laying at about 20 weeks of age. I bet yours will start laying before they are any older than 24 weeks, and might even start earlier.
