When does the final form appear?

Aka, when do chickens reach their adult coloration? I've noticed my Wyandottes especially seem to change from day to day, just wondering if they will ever pick a pattern and settle on it?

After the first adult molt at about a year of age is the final plumage color.

My EE's come out slightly different after each molt. They're 2 1/2 now, Aggie's got more black on her head, she just finished molt. Harper is just starting molt now.

Depends on the pattern. Of course something like black feathers in that way and stays.
I've had mottled birds that get more white with every molt throughout their whole lives.

MEGA evolution is 18-24 months, but patterned birds will change every molt.
