There is a guy at the dog park I go to that has a black shepherd dog, he dips his tail in
the washout hair dye so his dog runs around the park with a bright blue flag... the end of his
tail is bright blue!! Cracks me up everytime I see it. Not sure how it is for the dog but apparently he's been doing it for over a year... does different colors when it wears off.
I've seen red , green and blue so far
