When Fattie was thin....(I was 18-21 in these pics)

Beautiful then and now...

Was that a straight 6? What size? DH likes to send me to the junk yard... though he has informed me that I'm supposed to call it a salvage yard now. I get stuff cheaper

I don't think I could do a demolition derby, I hate running into stuff. Even coming close rattles me.

I lived on Captiva Island for a couple of years waaaaay back in the early '60s. What a blast it was then. During college worked summers at South Seas Plantation......in it's original form....it was THE hangout for both islands then.

You still look good now than you did then! Age is like fine wine, you grow gracefully!

I woudl be impressed if you can still work on cars or stop to help an old lady to fix her car LOL!

Yes it was a 250 straight 6. My engine of choice. Even had a Chrome valve cover! I even bought it a chrome alternator and coil cover. Woo hoo! I love running into things and driving fast!
I will do some work on cars now, just small stuff. I'm too lazy anymore for the bigger jobs. But yes, I certainly would help out an old lady with her car.

I'm 47, still do some of the bigger jobs. But somehow it seems to always be 20 below when things go and we don't have a heated garage. I love the pain in the butt jobs... I love the challenge of figuring out how to make it work and I love the feeling of accomplishment when it's done.

But I do wear my seatbelt

I hate hearing about folks ejected and killed in an accident.

You have to be around here. That pics was just a typical high tide down here!
