When I tried to make a page in the learning center,I did not see make a new page.do you guys know why?thank you.

Your post is a bit too low still. I believe you need about 10 posts before the system will "trust" you and allow you to create a new page. Unfortunately we need to have these restrictions in place in our effort to stop spammers. Sorry for the inconvenience!
