When is a Pekin Drake mature?

I have a Rouen and Pekin hen.. I also have a Pekin drake.. I figured what the heck I would try incubating some eggs and no go they are all infertile. I hatched these chicks last May.. is the Drake too immature or is it the wrong season right now?

While I only have runners and buffs, I think it is both he's a bit young, she's a bit young, it's not a good time of year in the northern hemisphere.

We would love to hear more about them, though!

He is also a bit slow.. the girls are much smarter..

here they are swimming at the end of November.. Cold doesn't seem to bother them at all. My chickens if it's slightly cool head straight for the coop..
