When is best to set 2 batches of eggs?

So my Delaware eggs came today but my duck eggs were shipped today which means I'll get them Saturday probably. Should I go ahead and set the chicken eggs now since ducks take 26 days and chickens 21? Or would it be best to wait and set them at the same time? I just want to make sure I'm not disturbing the duck eggs taking out the chicks. Thanks

I only have one question. How are you going to deal with the humidity issue? Duck eggs need much higher humidity than chicken eggs when incubating.
