I put them in the incubator 22 days ago so is today considered day 22 or was the day I put them in day zero and now this is hatch day 21?

The day you set is day zero. After a full 24 hours incubation it is then day 1.

So for instance if you set lets say 9 am Friday, day 1 is actually 9am on Saturday.

Hope this helps and good luck :frow

Thanks! That means today at 4pm is officially day 21. Now I don't have to worry as much that none have pipped yet.

It's fine. You can stop turning eggs at any point after 14 days of incubation. The additional humidity shouldn't pose much of a problem, either.
