When is Mama ready to leave babies and brooder??

The one thing I have been told and follow is when adding new ones, add them at night. Go out at night and just add the onto the roost while everyone is sleeping and then when they wake up they kind of just mingle in I guess????
That is what I have always read and so that is what I have always done

Build a little coop-like pen out of 2 by 4 inch welded wire and put your chick only food inside this coop-in-a coop until the chicks are too big to squeeze themselves between the 2 inch wide vertical spaces between the wire. After you turn the whole mob out to free range your small chicks can still zip in and out of the coop-in-a-coop during the day to get a bite too eat but the big ones can't keep them beat off the food.. Hope this helps.

I have 10 7 week old female Ameracauna chicks that are fully feathered. I only have one coop/run with a rooster in it to put them in. My question is will he kill them? I need to get them out of my house because they are stinking to high heaven. But I am scared they wont know anything beings they were bought from a hatchery. And that it is winter here and the nights are as low as in the 30's. Any advice?
He might attack them if he views them as intruders. Put up some type of barrier so the rooster can see the chicks for a couple of weeks, but not get to them. That way, they will begin to get used to each other.

When you do allow them to mingle, be sure to have escape areas for the chicks, such as boards leaned against the walls of the coop and/or elevated platforms that the chicks can hide under.

We always house chicks who have left Mama to live awhile with well balanced roosters, Dad, Grandpa and Uncles, and then in cockerels pens to live as friends. It really helps with keeping cockerels well balanced and well behaved.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I chickened out today from adding them. I think i will do it this weekend. When I will have all the time to sit and watch them. Maybe build a fire out by the coop. Thanks again everyone.
