When is the earliest and latest your eggs have hatched?

My chicken is on day 16 right now of sitting and I wanted to see when was the earliest day and latest day your eggs have hatched? We had a egg hatch on day 31 one time and he’s still a healthy rooster to the day at about 4 years old! Shows anything is possible.

Lessee, I just had a batch of 5 eggs to hatch, a few were 12 hours shy of 21 days, one on the mark, one 12 hours after 21 days and one 22 days. It varies from chick to chick.

19-24 days so far .. i think a factor in my case anyway where i live, it gets really warm, like 90+ during the day and even 80+ at night, so if an egg gets laid early and sits all day 'or' it gets laid late after i collect eggs, it sits so many hours in each case, probably already starting to develop .. the late ones i attribute to cooler spots in the inc ...
